Skin Sanctuary Spa is by appointment only. Our hours are typically between 9-6 and we have weekend hours available. Please plan ahead when scheduling, evening and weekend hours are very popular.   If you would like to purchase a gift certificate, they can be purchased online and in our spa. We suggest calling the spa ahead of time when you would like to pick up products or a gift certificate.  If you arrive early and the doors are locked, we may still be in session. We will be with you shortly. 
 
 
 
Please note that Spa Specials and Couples Massages cannot be discounted and referral discounts cannot be used.  
 
Due to the amount of no-shows and clients arriving late we will be implementing our policies. Some of  our services have a wait list, if you are unable to keep your appointment please contact us by 10 pm the day before your appointment so we are able to fill that spot.
 
 

Spa Policies

Cancellation Policy

We understand that unanticipated events happen in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all of our clients, the following policies are honored:

24 hour advanced notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us a 24 hour advance notice you may be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled service.

 

No-shows

Any client that either forgets or consciously chooses

to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will

be considered a “no-show”. They will be charged for

the missed appointment. Gift certificates will be

considered payment for “no-shows” and will be

automatically used as payment if you have one on file.

 

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate clients that may follow your scheduled session. Depending upon how late you arrive,

your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a service. Regardless of the length of the service actually given, you will be charged the full amount. Please plan accordingly and be on time to fully enjoy your service.

 

Illness

Please give us as much notice as possible if you are not feeling well. We want you to be healthy to fully enjoy your service. Rescheduling your session is appreciated!

 

Spa Etiquette

Children are permitted in the spa ONLY if they are receiving a service. Due to liability reasons, safety concerns and comfort of other guests, we ask that you come alone to your appointment.

Voices carry throughout the spa, please use a “spa voice” and silence your cell phone when visiting the spa.

 

We offer our services by appointment only. Please let us know when you schedule your appointment if you are unable to use any stairs. We will make arrangements to accommodate you.
