This classic stress relieving massage utilizes long, flowing strokes to reduce tension, increase circulation, and induce relaxation.

Deep Tissue Massage

This therapeutic massage uses strategic strokes to increase circulation and relieve muscle tension. A combination of trigger point therapy, stretching, and other unique modalities to relieve strain, stress, and inflammation.

Couples Massage
The duet encourages unity, connection, and collective calm. Ease stress and unwind as two therapists perform side-by-side Swedish massages that help the two of you relax.

Hot Stone Massage

A full body massage, encompassing warm stones with a light to moderate pressure. Our massage therapist gently glides warm smooth stones over the body, providing the warmth that soothes the mind and muscles increasing circulation, improving tone and induces tranquility and serenity.

Prenatal Mellow Mama

Nurturing full body massage for moms to be using safe and effective prenatal techniques. This massage will help with dehydrated skin exhaustion and puffy hands and feet. Special attention to easing lower back muscles.

Reiki

Megan is certified in several healing modalities. In each session she combines these different modalities to bring harmony, balance, and restoration to her clients natural well-being. Emotions are believed to be the cause of some of our physical ailments. Energy healing gets to the root of the conditions and can help to relieve the physical and emotional aspect that is involved. She will bring a sense of peace, relaxation, and balance to your energy. Crystals are also introduced to further the total rebalancing session.

Hello my name is Denise Natalie. I am grateful and excited to provide these 2 new services at the Skin Sanctuary and thankful of Shannon for this opportunity. So let me tell you a little about myself, I am a mother of 4 beautiful adult children and grandmother of 4 amazing grandkids. I’m married to my best friend who is very supportive. Seeking wellness and alternatives to traditional western medicine has been a journey which I’ve strayed and come back to over the years. I’ve been blessed with good genes and health but I’ve always made a conscious effort to take care of myself. During my journey, 4 years ago I was introduced to Young Living while looking for alternatives to chemicals for cleaning. Being exposed to toxins for 30 years while working my cleaning business has always concerned me, but I could never find a truly clean product that worked, so I went back to the chemicals. Then I was introduced to Thieves Household Cleaner. Finally, a truly all-natural cleaner that works. I fell for the pure therapeutic Young Living Essential Oils and living a low- tox lifestyle which has benefited my husband and my life in so many ways.

This is a handheld device that only takes a few minutes and is an aid in helping you choose the top Young Living supplements and Essential Oils that a can support you at this time. It works using the same galvanic skin technology as Fitbit. A frequency is released in your body and your organs respond. The response goes back to an algorithm which generates a report which allows you to see the body systems and emotions that need the most support at that time. If you’re not familiar with Young Living oils or products I will be glad to share with you information and you can experience oils I will have with me.
